FOLLOW THE STEPS TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT!

  1. Check your email for your appointment confirmation. Make sure to confirm and add to your calendar. 
  2. We'll be meeting via a Zoom or In Person. Set a reminder on your phone so you don't miss it!
  3. Complete your intake forms before your appointment. 
  4. If you need to reschedule the meeting, please be respectful of our time and cancel or reschedule BEFORE your call time. 
  5. If it is determined your insurance doesn't cover the services you scheduled, you will be informed and can make a decision on whether to proceed with the call.
